Delivery
Delivery usually dispatches in 3 – 4 days subject to availability and can arrive between 8am – 6pm. We cannot specify a time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any missed deliveries will incur re-delivery charges.
For any palletised deliveries. Drivers are not obliged to assist with off-loading, therefore please ensure you have the necessary equipment/labour on the premises to off-load.
Standard deliveries and quotes are be based on up to 40ft/Artic vehicle with no Tail lift/Moffatt unless specified. Any other requirements must be agreed in advance.
Should we not be advised of any restrictions (including FORS) and delivery cannot be made on that day all subsequent deliveries will be subject to a re-delivery & refusal charge.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or any other reason. All pallets must be removed from the lorries and kept by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Any damaged or missing goods must be signed as damaged or missing on the delivery note, we will arrange to replace the damaged or missing items.
Cancellation and Returns
Orders can be returned providing it is resalable condition and a re-stocking charge of 30% will be applied. Returns are the responsibility and at the expense of the customer.
Colour Sheets
There may be a variation in colour from your on-screen display, please request a sample if you would like confirmation of the colour.
